1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Amaru Paris and any customer purchasing a product on the website www.amaruparis.fr. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are not contractual.

Warning about decanted perfumes

Some products sold on the site are decanted perfumes: these are original perfumes legally purchased, then manually repackaged in neutral bottles for testing, discovery, or collection purposes.

Amaru Paris is an independent entity, not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, or sponsored by any brand. The names and logos cited are used solely to identify the original perfume and remain the property of their respective owners. These decants are not official samples but independent repackagings.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are calculated before the final validation of the order. Prices may be modified without notice, but are guaranteed at the time of payment validation.

4. Orders

Any validated order constitutes a firm and definitive commitment by the customer. Amaru Paris reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute, an incorrect address, or suspicion of fraud. An order confirmation is sent by e-mail after payment validation.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or via secure solutions offered on the website. Payment information is never stored by Amaru Paris.

6. Worldwide Delivery

Amaru Paris ships its products worldwide from France. Shipping costs are as follows:

• France: €3.95 for any order under €30, and free delivery for orders over €30.
• International: €4.95 for any order under €30, and free delivery for orders over €30.

Orders are prepared and shipped from France within 1 to 3 business days. Transit times vary between 3 and 15 business days depending on the destination.

No customs fees

Our international shipments are sent with a simplified postal service. No customs fees or import taxes are charged to the customer.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier. The customer is invited to check the condition of the package upon delivery and to report any anomaly to the carrier within 48 hours.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a shipping error on our part. Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.

8. Legal Guarantees

• Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code).
• Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

9. Liability

Amaru Paris cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the purchase of products. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please consult the Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Amaru Paris at Contact@amaruparis.fr for an amicable resolution. Failing this, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Amaru Paris website (texts, images, logos, graphics, structure) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, total or partial, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited. The brands cited remain the property of their respective owners.
