1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Amaru Paris and any customer purchasing a product on the website www.amaruparis.fr . Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractual.

Warning about decanted perfumes

Some products sold on the site are decanted perfumes : these are original perfumes purchased legally, then manually repackaged in neutral bottles for testing, discovery or collection purposes.

Amaru Paris is not affiliated with any brand. The names and logos mentioned are used solely to identify the original fragrance. These decants are not official samples but independent repackaging.

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT) . Shipping costs are calculated before final order confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice, but are guaranteed at the time of payment confirmation.

4. Orders

Any confirmed order constitutes a firm and final commitment from the customer. Amaru Paris reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute, an incorrect address, or suspected fraud.

An order confirmation is sent by email after payment has been validated.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or via the secure payment methods offered on the website. Payment information is never stored by Amaru Paris.

6. Worldwide delivery

Amaru Paris ships its products worldwide from France.
The shipping costs are as follows:

• France: €3.95 for any order under €30 , and free delivery from €30 purchase .

• International: €4.95 for any order under €30 , and free delivery for orders over €30 .

Orders are prepared and shipped from France within 1 to 3 business days . Delivery times vary between 3 and 15 business days depending on the destination.

No customs fees

Our international shipments are sent via a simplified postal service. No customs fees or import taxes are charged to the customer. All packages are shipped duty-free and declared according to current regulations to avoid any additional charges.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier. The customer is advised to check the condition of the package upon delivery and to report any issues to the carrier within 48 hours.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part. Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned item.

8. Legal Guarantees

• Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code).
• Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

9. Responsibility

Amaru Paris cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the purchase of products. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

10. Personal Data

The personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) . For more information, please consult the Privacy Policy .

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Amaru Paris at Contact@amaruparis.fr for an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Amaru Paris website (texts, images, logos, graphics, structure) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited. The trademarks mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.
