We ship our products internationally from France . Shipping fees apply to all international shipments, but shipping is free for orders over €30 .
Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship to third-party logistics centers .
Orders are prepared and shipped daily . We strive to ship all orders placed before 2:00 PM (Paris time) on the same day . Orders placed after 4:00 PM are shipped the next business day . Public holidays and peak periods may result in additional delays due to carriers.
In the event of a stock shortage before the site is updated, a slight delay in shipping may occur; we will contact you immediately to inform you and ensure shipment as soon as possible.
2. Shipping costs and returns
The initial shipping costs paid for the order are non-refundable . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part during shipping or if the items arrive damaged/defective .
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the transaction (debit/credit) to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
3. Non-refundable items
- Shipping and handling charges (except in the case of defective or damaged items).
- Personalized products, or opened/unsealed products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
4. Lost or stolen packages
Amaru Paris is not responsible for shipments declared as delivered by the carrier to the address provided during the ordering process. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, responsibility falls to the recipient.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen , please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you as best we can.
5. Refund request
- Contact Customer Service at Contact@amaruparis.fr within 5 days of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your request.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team (if a return is necessary).
- After receipt and verification, the refund will be issued to the original payment method .
Please allow 7 to 10 working days after receipt of the return for full processing of the refund.
