1. Right of Withdrawal

You have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (art. L221-18 et seq.). Send us a clear statement by e-mail to Contact@amaruparis.fr.

2. Return Conditions

Return within 14 days after notification, to:

• Items must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Include the order number or proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the error or defect is attributable to Amaru Paris).

3. Refund

Refund of payments received (including standard delivery) within 14 days after receipt of the returned item or proof of shipment, using the same payment method.

4. Legal Exclusions

No right of withdrawal for products that have been unsealed (hygiene), personalized, or damaged by the customer (art. L221-28).

5. Damaged or Non-Compliant Product

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos. After validation: replacement, store credit, or full refund.
